I can only imagine that this means the end of Ryan Spooner at center.... or maybe a trade for one of Krejci/Spooner out of Boston. Too many centers...

Bergeron, Krejci, Backes, Spooner, Acciari, Moore.....

And there's your annual binky Claude! Can't wait to see Dommy on the power play in the final minute of a one goal game:nod:

That being said, character guy, hope he has more left than Maxie Talbot had. I'm sure he'll follow him to the 'K' next year.....

I guess they wanted a lefty to take faceoffs with Bergeron, Krejci and Backes all right-handed.

But another centre iceman? They gotta be close to trading Spooner.

Anyway, I've always hated Moore. He's a whiner. But there isn't much risk here, could always send him to Providence to lose the cap hit.

Dom Moore needs to be signed to a $900k contract? What? So the fourth line is likely Acciari - Moore - Nash now. I was excited about having some youth there, but apparently not.

edit - point being that a guy not signed this late should be a PTO, not a contract.

Guessing Acciari starts the year in Prov. Don't hate the deal since it adds some depth at C but it also means one of the kids is more than likely losing his spot to a 36 y/o grinder which makes me none to pleased

#55 must be thrilled. Nice plan B though after Vesey.:laugh::laugh:

Will be nice to see the kids sit again while Moore and Nash get loads of ice time.

Atleast Claude has his new 6th attacker.

More moves, Don. Not Moore moves.

Interesting all of our centers are 30 besides Spooner, is accari going back to prove or play wing? God we are slow down the middle.

If you don't want your day ruined do not look at his advanced stats.

What's the advantage of having this guy in the organization, when you can't trust your coach not to overuse him?

Same as it ever was

Same as it ever was.....

It will never end. 8th seed or bust. I laugh at the pro-prospect crowd.. They will never even get a chance to all play together.

Team would rather have a bunch of Moore's instead of Koko's.

Moore has been decent everywhere he's went but he does seem like a player that Claude will overuse. This can't be the end of the moves until the season starts. Like others have said, there are too many centers now.

I like Dom Moore, and I'm hoping this won't be a big deal. However, I look Clode's track record and worry. Defensive, veteran, fourth-line center with no little offensive prowess and potentially cooked?

Heh ... this was clever.

Dislike the player. That aside, I get it ... sort of. Versatile guy, can eat PK minutes, cheap, you can bury him in the minors. As someone else said, this years Talbot.

Don't really feel like he's blocking anyone and is a suitable warm body at 4C or 13th F. Gets a big "meh" from me. Certainly don't like it, but not a big enough deal to get worked up over.
