Yes. Their names are Faber and Slavin.Canada has 3 of the best 5 players in the league with McDavid, MacKinnon and Makar. The other top 5 players Kuch and Draisatl aren't even in this tournament.
Canada also has Sid - one of the greatest players of all time + current best leader in the game - and still comfortably a current top 10 player in the league.
With a supporting cast of several top NHLer's does the US have an answer to the big 4?

Sidney Crosby is nowhere near a top 10 player in the NHL anymore. He's 23rd in points and 75th in goals while being arguably the worst and most irresponsible forward defensively in the entire league
Crosby is currently on pace for one of the worst even strength goals against total among forwards over the past 20 years:

Thankfully I don't see anyone blaming 37 year old Crosby for last night. His role at the Olympics will probably be fairly small.

As a Pens fan thank you for pointing this out. He's not close to as good as he used to be. Still great hockey IQ, but lacks the physical abilities of his former mobility, strength, and hands to carry his line. Didn't need one, since the alleged best players in the world managed one (1) whole point after 60 minutes.
Outside of these 4 I literally was laughing at the rest of these Canadian selections. None of these players are defacto top options on any of their NHL teams.
Reinhart and Marner are the best wingers for Canada?!?! Really? They would be 4th liners/13th forwards for USA.
Their defense is shit and slow. If Makar is out, it is a glaring weakness. Gone are the days of Keith, Pronger, etc. This group is a bunch of #2s and 3s. Decent players but not best on best quality.
Their bottom 6 is made up of smurfs and has beens, embarrassing compared to older generation canadian teams.
And the goaltending.....LOL. A joke.
10 years ago the US would be lucky to ice 4-5 players capable of making team canada. That has completely flipped.

On USA...yes. He's a player who's never been the premier guy on his NHL team. Known for disappearing acts and resorting to video games when the going gets tough. He's in over his head playing top line on canada. Not a guy you win with.
