Not sure how you can say that isn't high standard for a Leaf player. What he did after leaving us shouldn't matter.
First and foremost lets take a little look: 2nd all time points for a Leafs D-man behind Salming. Hes also a 4 time nhl all-star, Stanley cup ring and bronze medal for 2006 winter Olympics. Seems too have a good resume. I can see Kaberle getting honoured, sure.
