He's on pace to just get to 100, so I'd say he gets close but doesn't. He's always had injury problems and hockey gets harder later in the season. Guys are always on pace for insane numbers but finish below that almost always.

He's clearly good enough and probably cracks 100 eventually but I'd say it's like 30/70 he does this year. Same for Hughes who is also on pace for 100 points. Most likely outcome if he's healthy is he almost gets there but doesn't this year, but could any season now.

Was on pace to shatter 100 points. Then MacGinnon slows down and now he's barely pacing for 100.

I think he blows past 100 if he stays healthy. It's just too damn easy to rack up secondary apples when MacGinnon plays 30 minutes a game to try to break the all time empty net goal record.

82 games is a grind, I expect many player's PPG pace to slow down as the season goes on.

I think Makar can set a new career high but I don't see him hitting 100 points.

He's never paced for 100 points over a full season, his best pace was 95 last year. Then there's also his injury history. I wouldn't bet on it.

That being said, if any defenseman today could, it's him and hughes
