Some people might have a hard time knowing what is the hardest kind of shot to stop for a goalie because most haven't played the position
A powerful hard shot could be quite easy to stop but guys who shoot like Matthews or Bedard are extremely hard to stop because how deceptive their shot is, the way they pull the trigger. They make it in a way that it's very hard to anticipate. A hard shot where you can anticipate the trajectory is easy to stop, that's why sometimes you make a glove save on a hard shot and guys are raving but as goalie in your head you're like "bro, I made at least 10 stops harder than that so far"
