Zucc said to a newspaper here in Norway (Nettavisen) that it was not a penality and it was just a part of the game. Maybe he just does not like to whine about it. According to the journalist Zucc was lucky to avoid concussion. I have only seen a stillphoto of it;

Do you mean to say the hit was so heinous, nobody could possibly analyze it now and determine that it was a clean hit and a good no-call, objectively?

Note: I haven't seen the hit and am merely posing a question to generate some discussion.

I wouldn't call it "heinous," because I don't know if it was intentional, but it was a clear elbow to the face and definitely a penalty.
