Do the Sens miss or make the playoffs next season?

I think last year the Sens played like a top 3 team in the division and just got goaltended into 8th place for the most part.

They’re probably going to be a true bubble team next year. Goaltending will likely be more stable, but they might not be as dominant. Which means they might still make the playoffs and lose in round 1, so not far off in the end lol.

But also this will depend on what moves are made obviously.

No, we're not making it.

And lol at the 'in Staios we trust' BS. Literal 'trust the plan' MAGA blind faith sheep mentality. Can't believe that shit has made its way all the way up here, and for a f***ing guy with no experience, track record or history of success at his position none the less.

Insane.

I don't know.

We lost 30 goals but that icetime is going to have to go to someone who is going to score more than 0 goals.

I think like others have said Florida and Toronto will be better than they were last year. I think Montreal is probably going to regress. Buffalo might regress a bit too. That doesn't mean implosion for either team to be clear.

Put that all together and you have division that should be even more competitive for 2026-2027.

Probably yes. Let's see what happens in free agency, but historically speaking we don't get any big fish so it will be a large hole to fill.

Florida, Buffalo, Montreal : strong as hell and getting better...

Toronto bouncing back with McKenna, Raddysh, Matthews healthy?

Tampa and Boston always there

Detroit is the only team that shouldn't be too hard to finish above.

Retooling wouldn't be the dumbest thing. Trade all vets, mold the team into what Staios want, get away from Dorion's work as much as possible.

Any other division I’d vote yes but the Atlantic is so damn strong.

Really hope Florida is a tough but slow team and they aren’t as good as it looks like they are going to be.

Does the 9th overall even make the team next season? Is there a diamond in the rough?

With our luck we draft another D from the NCAA who's got great potential.

Yeah, this looks scary bad.

So much cap space but no one to spend it on because no players want to come here.

Oops, forgot about Giroux.

Reminds me of so many wanting to trade Batherson lol... I mean, why not IF we are retooling and accept to finish bottom-5/10

They're adding Brady Tkachuk, Matthew Tkachuk should finally be healthy and what about getting Barkov from day 1?

Lundell getting more experienced, Reinhart, Bennett and Verhaeghe still have a few good years. Marchand is old but will be extremely motivated

Their Top-4 Defense is so good and inexpensive... They only need to work on their goaltending situation now

More cohesive without him in the lineup this year. If Brady doesn’t play like Brady, he is a useless loafer who still won’t backcheck .

Now they have an opportunity to get some speed on the wing , and the Green system is solid. Our defence and goalie is solid.
