Other than Bennet, which free agents will be difference makers? In the regular season maybe. I trust whatever UFAs/trades they get with Marner’s cap to be more impactful in the playoffs.

Yeah apart from Bennet and Brock Boeser this class looks very weak. 2026 though… McDavid(please no), Panarin, Eichel, Kaprizov, Connor and Kempe. I feel like they will have to sit on the cap space(or give out one year deals) so they have a run for these guys next year.Other than Bennet, which free agents will be difference makers?
that would be smart. Take a step back next year so they can take two big steps forward the following year.Yeah apart from Bennet and Brock Boeser this class looks very weak. 2026 though… McDavid(please no), Panarin, Eichel, Kaprizov, Connor and Kempe. The Panthers beat the Leafs only because they had AHL goaltender Woll in net.No. They get credit for catching Bob on a couple of off nights.

If Stolarz was not knocked out of the series with the elbow to the head from Bennett, they were winning. Straight up.
That being said… if it comes down to Florida against Edmonton in the finals, I am 100% hoping that Florida wins.
Laughable. Leafs got pounded 12-2 in the last 2 home games of the Marner era. Stolarz wasnt changing that. The Panthers beat the Leafs only because they had AHL goaltender Woll in net.

Statistics say 0.0% chance of Leafs winning an important game under pressure.logic dictates that the Leafs could have won the series had Florida not taken out their starting .926 goaltender + re-signed all their players using the state tax advantage
You left out Tavares and Marner.Yeah apart from Bennet and Brock Boeser this class looks very weak. 2026 though… McDavid(please no), Panarin, Eichel, Kaprizov, Connor and Kempe. The Leafs core four did nothing the final four games. Their contracts didn’t have anything to do with it.logic dictates that the Leafs could have won the series had Florida not taken out their starting .926 goaltender + re-signed all their players using the state tax advantage
Right?!? It ain't all that complicatedlogic dictates that the Leafs could have won the series had Florida not taken out their starting .926 goaltender...
Will wasn't the reason they lost games 5 and 7. Yeah he gave up 6 goals in both games but it's not like the team helped him out in either game.are there numbers to back up that claim? because mine does.
you're really not contributing anything of substance. I'm starting to believe that you have lost sight of what my op was

well they injured the .926 1A forcing the .906 1B to play 100% of the gamesHow many times it has to be said the Leafs ran with 1a and 1b goalies all season long? Stolarz ain't a starter. If not the concussion, something else would have knocked him out. He wasn't gonna play all the games. He never played this many games in a row in his life.
