Yeah apart from Bennet and Brock Boeser this class looks very weak. 2026 though… McDavid(please no), Panarin, Eichel, Kaprizov, Connor and Kempe. I feel like they will have to sit on the cap space(or give out one year deals) so they have a run for these guys next year.

Recent history has shown in some years teams that beat the Leafs go on a sugar high, big d!ck confidence run. Their series always get high coverage, are super over dramatic and almost always go to winner take all game. I can see teams being involved in series like that and winning it tend to have good vibes going forward.

If Stolarz was not knocked out of the series with the elbow to the head from Bennett, they were winning. Straight up.

That being said… if it comes down to Florida against Edmonton in the finals, I am 100% hoping that Florida wins.

Laughable. Leafs got pounded 12-2 in the last 2 home games of the Marner era. Stolarz wasnt changing that.

How many times it has to be said the Leafs ran with 1a and 1b goalies all season long? Stolarz ain't a starter. If not the concussion, something else would have knocked him out. He wasn't gonna play all the games. He never played this many games in a row in his life.
