No issue with this at all. Glad to hear he's going to be involved in searching for the next coach - I trust he knows what to look for, and he has the rest of the season to finish laying the right groundwork with whoever is still part of the core next year.

He pretty much spells it out that he only stepped in as head coach to help the org, he was looking for the part time gig as consultant,

Martin is doing well with them but he seems dead in pressers. Would love to see what a Paulrus-type would do with them, just get some energy on the bench and get them scrappy. We've had that in a few games this year...
