It's like in the early 1990s when the Soviet Union dissolved and the successor states (as well as Slovakia) had to start at the bottom and work their way up. Give it a few years and thing should settle in where teams are at their appropriate levels, but until then it'll be a few blowouts for sure.

They did beat Luxembourg and stayed in this group. Good result for them. This season their U17 team played in Croatian championship. It's not something to write a home about, but it's much better than what they have in Bosnia. Next step should be men's team in IHL. Maybe within few years, when some of youngsters grow up, they can knock on the door of D2B.

It's pretty fascinating that the bottom 3 teams got tied in points, and Luxembourg gets relegated because not only had they lost but they did it 6-2 as well.

Also, I assume you mean D2B.
