Okay so Leonard is 9 and Hutson 24, I think. Good to know. If that's true he just made a guy eat shit into the net with a little hitch in his step, which was pretty funny.

Haven't finished this game but his speed looked pretty good.
My biggest issue was that he looked completely lost and was probably the worst player on the ice in the neutral/defensive zone. He looked fine (but not good) in the offensive zone, but he and his line weren't good enough to keep the puck there.

Hutson is a f***ing stud, what a game. He's got top pairing written all over him. Lenny looked tremendous too, he didn't get a goal but he had some great chances(9 SOG, probably attempted around 15) and he created a ton of room for his linemates to dominate. I'm pretty excited about them both. I think Hutson in a redraft, as soon as next year, would go in the top half of the 1st round.

In terms of '25s with prominent roles in this tournament there's Hagens and there's Schaefer and there's everyone else. McKenna could steal some of the limelight but those two have to be most discussed among scouts.

I have Schaefer ahead but Hagens has a great opportunity in such a key role for the US. So far so good vs. Germany with a 2+2 game...but Schaefer doing it all more or less for Canada as a draft-eligible is rare. He could be an impact blueliner. Lots to play out but that's got to be the main buzz re: the upcoming draft for this tournament.

Finished the USA game Hutson does look like he has some special skills. Still wanted Stiga at that pick but having a true offensive D in the system is good.
