The antithesis to Kaberle the previous season. While Kaberle would refuse to shoot on an open net, Corvo wouldn't hold onto the puck without firing it recklessly.

Also throwing out some of the absolute gems that Claude couldn't stop throwing out on the ice over the years.

Jordan Caron
Jay Pandolfo
Zac Rinaldo (I blacked this out until now)

One time I met Zac Rinaldo at Earl's in Somerville. It was right before the Winter Classic and he kept saying how electric and crazy it was going to be.

He did not mention that it would be electric for Habs fans.

Nice guy, though.

Side note, I also met Kevan Miller that day and he had the absolute firmest handshake of all time. Stone hands.

The Planet.

By the time he got to us, the knees were toast. Robbed us of a great deal of fun. The man would have been a perfect Bruin IMO.

In 1966 the Bs drafted dman Barry Gibbs before Brad Park.
And your point is?

May not be your taste, but the man had pipes. And later in his career his falsetto was to die for. Solid and sinfully under appreciated pick.

Fourth line is pretty damn good

Beecher on that line has been killing it

Koepke is 6’1 and 207 lbs and looks like he’s got high hockey IQ

I know Monty won’t do it unless family hostages are involved but a bottom 6

Frederic - Coyle - Braz/Geekie
Beecher - Kastelic- Koepke

Is big and works for me

Trent McCleary. Traded another Mc, Shawn McEachern who had scored 24 goals after coming over from the Pens to Ottawa for McCleary. One year, 3 goals and a -16 later he was shown the door. McEachern came back to Boston in 05 but the wheels had left the motor by then. Hope Kastelic pans out, the Sens owe us. At least the same year we got McCleary we got Jeff Odgers, oh well never mind.
Spot on.

Sinden had the worst weekend of his career that draft weekend. The trade for McCleary, trading Al Iafrate for Jeff Odgers, and then his worst draft ever. Then, he signed Troy Malette from Ottawa. The trio made up the new 4th line (acquired from the 2 worst teams in the league the previous season), and they scored 16 goals among the 3 of them.
