I'd keep the lineup the same but Cole has had some hiccups and could theoretically benefit from some "load management" for Smith on back to backs. Doubt Rod does that though, he's not really a load management type of coach.
Can't really change up the forwards at all, every single line has been pretty damn good and nowhere for Jarvis to slot in right now.
