Yes about 7 or 8 when it is on nhl or national broadcasted because I am from New England and I am mainly a Bruins fan.

Speaking of bruins here are some stats/comparisons:
Torey Krug and matt bartkowski both rookies and same as ryan Murray.

Krug....... 14 points in 23 games
Bartkowski..........5 points in 11 games

Bartkowski is 25, and will turn 26 in early June. After being drafted, he had two years of college hockey and three years of pro, which brings us to this year.

Krug is 22 and will turn 23 in April. He had three years of college hockey and one year of pro before this season.

Murray is 20 and won't turn 21 until next September. He had one year back in junior (mostly wiped out by injury) before this year.

As I see more every game, I think the blue jackets made a mistake with having Ryan Murray on the opening day roster. I see him very overmatched against some of the stronger forwards. Yes, his high IQ has shown on the ice, but, I think it's too late to send him to Springfield because now they have commit to him. He only has 4 points in over 20 games. I think that he is really good defensively and offensively, but I think there were better options than having him on the opening day roster

All I can do is laugh at this. No one on these boards (or anywhere) has to defend Murray or the franchises decision to play him to this guy. This post is inaccurate. It starts with "only" 4 points in 20 games and continues on with overmatched.

Check back in a few years. It isn't all about points with D-men.

Holy crap, I thought this was a thread from like right after the draft. Personally I feel Murray has been the best defender on this roster for most of the season, I can't believe OP would even post such crap.

I'm curious why you think he is struggling? Because he has 4 points? So does that mean Adam McQuaid should be in Providence with his 3 points? How many points does Dennis Seidenberg have in 23 games?

We are truly sorry you didn't get to see Murray for $5.00 a game. No wonder you're disappointed.

Don't agree with the OP at all. I'd love to get in to see the Falcons for $5.00 a game though LOL. Cheapest ticket is $20.00.
