Did HFBoards sell my email to "Momtastic"?

Montreal, now.
This morning, I suddenly started receiving multiple emails from a company called "Momtastic". It's an email newsletter for Moms. But I'm not a Mom and I never signed up for this.

So I looked in to it. Momtastic is owned by "Evolve Media LLC". Evolve Media owns a bunch of different websites, including HFBoards - but the only site of theirs I've ever used is HFBoards.

So I'm guessing that Evolve Media decided to auto-subscribe HFBoards users to "Momtastic" emails? And now I have to take the time to unsubscribe from their irrelevant spam?

Did anybody else here start getting these crap emails, or is it only me? Is there a way to prevent Evolve Media from doing this again (I looked in the HFBoards privacy options, I don't see any options for "don't subscribe me to your scummy partners")?
