''I like Tatar, but we've gotta move on after this year and use that cap hit for Miles Wood'' - Some person that took a time machine from November of 2022 and broke into user Bleedred's home and got on his computer

Earlier in the year, even after he got off to a great start, I was kind of just writing Tatar off this offseason. But the longer he's kept it up and the more I see Hischier struggling to produce offense without him, the more I want him back if we can avoid giving him too much term.

Yep. Good guy to have around. Can play anywhere in the top 9 and does it well.

I think we really need to bring him back. Perfectly solid middle 6 forward and he shouldn’t be too pricey. We don’t have anyone in the pipeline that’s replacing him.

I knew he was better than he showed last year, but I never realized how good he can be defensively. I love him with Nico as a line that can play the matchup and still hold possession

Something is off with Hischier to my eyes. It’s not that he’s struggling offensively it’s like he’s barely trying offensively. As others have noted he may be laboring with some small injury .

It's very odd because that line should be perfectly competent but they've been actually under 50% on most possession metrics. I just don't think Bratt and Hischier actually complement each other that well.
