It's as if Nemec's soul has been possessed by the ghost of Steve Santini this season but the catalyst for that 2nd goal was that putrid pass from Pesce.

Yeah, we're done tonight. We can't even get a scoring chance.

The only way I think we score is if we give up a few more.

Some guys we have , have zero hockey iq. Why try to score on a wrist shot from the top of the circles on one of the best goalies in the world ? Cotter had two guys driving the net , why not shoot low and try for a rebound ? Nope . Muffin wrist shot over the net .

I dont really post anymore after Jack got hurt for obvious reasons...but again what do you expect?

They don't have the guys to overcome this. They have to win games 1-0 or 2-1, etc...low scoring games. Goalies being a brick wall.

Bratt is pretty much the only dynamic guy we have on offense...with Nico and Timo stepping up...and others chipping in...without Luke....smh

Frustrating as hell...

I don't think so.

I think if we score tonight then we probably give up another 2-3.

This is the first time in a while that it's been this easy to call a shutout in a game this early.

We were playing this way before Jack got hurt though . That’s what is concerning . That and we should be able to handle losing one forward to injury . Even if it is someone as important as Jack . But nope . We have shit depth and our bottom 6 is useless .
We need the bottom 6 to step up , Bratt and Meier lately have been doing their job . Nico could produce more but is out there against all the hard matchups . Luke getting back to his pre-Christmas form would be huge , but he must be playing through a nagging injury ? He hasn’t been himself for awhile .

Game is excruciatingly boring. Which is happens A LOT the last three months, but this is really almost a new low of unwatchable.
