Devils players...ONE play/moment/shift, etc

The one that stands out for me was the Rangers/Devils Game on Easter Sunday.

Ndur took a run at Brylin & hurt him. Oliwa was a good friend of Sarge back then & I remember him blowing a gasket on the bench. The next time Ndur was out on the ice (it was a Devils PP) Ftorek told Oliwa to get him.

I loved how the refs tried to stop Oliwa & he just pushes the one ref aside.

I miss Ftorek & his no-nonsense, zero tolerance approach to the game.

That's funny, I know and played for that ref he pushed

He's the one that got his face busted up in that Rangers/Flyers game a month or two before he was set to retire a few years ago and was in really bad shape for a year or two after with concussion and depression **** going on

Man, that game with Langs scoring the tying and winning goals on Doc night was awesome. He had 2 goals too including the OT goal against Boston the previous game didn't he?

Rags fans, the NY media and other Devils haters will try to tell us that the Devils do not have history.

But, the truth is we have a deep & thorough winning history in the last 30 years with many memorable moments and players.

This thread is my favorite and is a good place for younger/new fans to capture some of the great times in our history.

Elias to Arnott will trump all for me, and will for a very long time, I suspect.

But I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Sarge's goal in Game 4 in 95.



That was the moment I knew we were going to finish the unlikely sweep of the Red Wings' machine and capture our first cup.

What a goal by Sarge and that line with Guerin and Rolston, two were rookies ,all had tremendous careers.

The next goal by Chambers really sealed it, anyone care to dig that video up?
