Lindy is going the Jay Woodcroft route of continuing to give the guy that has sucked for a longer stretch a longer leash than the guy who hasn’t, just because the other guy got blown up one game ago.

Vitek has been bad Blackwood bad for about 37 games now. Actually even worse than that.

Though Blackwood’s stretch has went on over twice as many games now.

At least if he gets blown up tonight, he won’t be a free win for the Rangers Saturday, who will show him what they would have done to us in game 3 (and 4) if we didn’t make the change.

Problem is a lot of them are soft points riding shotgun with Jack when he was playing, there are very few games where you could look back and say he was a difference maker. I was expecting Thackuk lite and instead we’ve gotten…peak Tatar overpaid version?

To be fair, who really cares what crypto boy thinks? He’s been an objectively bad hockey player for the last three years.

Graves has his not so great moments, but his good moments outweigh the bad. We are definitely missing him this year. I’m happy he got paid, but just didn’t make sense here.
