Plenty of blame to go around from the players to the coaches to management. They'll probably work it out and dominate the playoffs though.

You're totally right, that is the responsibility of the coach.

But I also suspect this team is going to give any coach the same auto pilot job no matter who is there. Doesn't matter if it's Scotty Bowman or Peter Horachek, they'll still have this uninspired gear. It will never change.
