This was an exciting game
Both goalies had a good night, but Markstorm was much better made big saves.

Glad I stayed up

Now the Rangers, hate them but not as bad as the Flyers.

Devils had chances to make this a runaway game. Timo missed a realllll good one, Jack missed one, Bratt missed one. I think the 4th line had a good go early.

But it ended up close and Markstrom was literally the best goalie we've seen since Schneider.... Or maybe Broduer.

He has had so many highlight reel saves that game adding to his already high total this season.

Whomever said he has made more in this season than all the other goalies in the last 5 years was right.

I’ll take the win anyway they can get it after a 4 game skid. Rangers on deck next after a few days rest - have crushed them both games so far this season so let’s see how they come out on Thursday.

Next 2 are Rangers who we've crushed and Tampa who has crushed us. Would be very 2025 Devils to lose to the Rangers and beat TB.

They didn't exactly play well. Lots of bad decisions all over the ice made this tougher. Kraken played well tho.

I think the team has been pretty decent at scoring empty netter this year when the net has been empty?

I actually thought tonight they struggled a lot to get the empty net goal. More than they have this season.
