I mean unless it’s the automatic delay of game or obvious high stick causing a leak the refs will usually let the players decide it unless it clearly stops a scoring chance.

Canes don't usually get calls. They will have to be careful but if they don't commit fouls the refs will make them up.

Irrelevant stat You have to watch the games and see how many infractions are ignored/missed. Probably 15 or so on the Caps and 5 or 6 on the Habs. Which means should have really been a 28-15 advantage in PP's. Same with this series. What the uselss idiot refs call only tells about 10% of the story.

Despite being a Rangers fan, I feel for the Devils. I know everything is magnified in the postseason, but the officiating that game was some horrendous bullshit.
