It's 2 games. We had a terrible game 1. We played a good game last night.

Sadly, i would have rather played a shitty game and won. I would have preferred a lucky bounce off Dowlings leg into the net after being outshot 42-16 and we won the game.

The reason the Devils lost last night is simple. The short handed goal. That cannot happen. It's one thing not to execute in 3 power play chances when it has been your baby all year, but to allow short handed goal, you aren't winning in Raleigh.

I mean we kind of are...we tied for the lowest point total with Montreal among playoff teams in either conference and have an even more compromised team at this point than the one that went into the playoffs.

I’d add the Glass and Doumolin trades also. As bad as the lineup is right now take out Doumolin and Glass and put one together. I think I finally get a shift at left defense in those circumstances
