I heard somewhere that the Devils have some interest in Jake Evans and have checked in with Montreal about his availability. What can you guys tell me about this player?

My brother is a big Sabres fan and says they will wind up trading Zucker, who signed just a one year deal as a UFA. He’s having a good year with 15 goals and 31 points on a terrible team. He sounds like a player we could really use for the third line or maybe play with Jack and Bratt? Zucker’s not a spring chicken at 33 but clearly he can still play.

I am absolutely shocked! Kid showed great things as a 19-20 year old in the NHL. His injury hampered him, but he’s been playing to his normal level lately.

I have a hunch we’ll see him before the year ends, and he’ll have a regular spot next year.

15 points in his last 16 games, after 1 point in his first 7 games. He's taken off after settling in after his injury.

Hopefully Nemec sees the positives in this AHL stint. Must be hard to be sent back to the AHL after what he did in his first NHL season the year prior.

I don't see it with Luke's extension coming up and needing to resign Kovacevic.

Petterson's contract is way too expensive to fit into our cap structure and Miller, even if we could somehow afford, has a long term deal until he is 37...pass.
