The only decent Pepsi branded product that I ever had was Pepsi Blue.

Now Surge? That was a quality beverage.
I will say its quite surprising seeing how many big name drinks Pepsi has under its label versus Coke; along with worldwide sales

I love both but do prefer Pepsi as I think its less fizzy; and a slightly sweeter taste!

Pepsi tastes like watered down Coke to me. Although it's funny that Pepsi owns all my other favorites between Mountain Dew, Dr. Pepper and orange Crush.

I prefer the Dr. My choice at all of the Comets games with whatever I order to eat. Include it as the beverage in the Combos.

When I was younger I preferred Pepsi, but between the two I would go with Coke as an adult. But Dr Pepper reigns supreme for me now. Sunkist is a distant #2 when I need a change of pace.

I can't remember what Surge tasted like, but I do recall that being on my rotation when I worked at Six Flags in the late 90's.

Surge was my gateway drug into Mountain Dew. I never used to like citrusy drinks outside of orange pop, but then I fell for all the Surge advertising in the 90's, and switched over to Dew when they stopped making Surge. It's the one addiction I've never been able to kick lol

I've been in places in the South where they called all sodas/pops coca-colas. Put a flavor in front of coca-cola and you got it.
Believe it or not, the US is pretty closely split into thirds. About one third calls it "soda", another "pop" and almost a whole third just calls it a "coke" no matter what kind of soft drink it is.

All of the different brands in western NY and the Southern tier when I grew up were all simply called pop. The stores all had signs in their windows announcing they sold ice cold pop and beer. When I got to college and the downstate kids called it soda, we found it hilarious. They still call it pop when I go back to Rochester and visit what's left of both mine and my wife's families.

New York is generally a “soda” stronghold, and having mostly grown up in NJ, I find “pop” adorable but weird.

This map shows how terrifying wide spread “Coke” for soda is. (Randomly grabbed this from a Google search so don’t ask me what “other” might be lol.)

But are the 'soda' parts actually adding up to a lot of the population? Thats NYC, LA, and Chicago!

Made it there last night, that second period was complete dominance.

Hope the word gets out more about them and more folks show up; it doesn't help that they were the worst PWHL team last year and that of the six markets this one is probably the least "hockey mad", but they look strong as hell so far this year and it'd be great to have more people in the arena.

For anyone wondering, sounds like the Sirens are practicing out of the Devils' old stomping grounds: South Mountain/Codey Arena in West Orange.

I was gonna go last night as well but the weather made me take a rain check (no pun intended) lol. Think I'll try to make it to a few games this year, their team looks pretty damn good this year and they're still missing their top D in Ella Shelton

Chicago appears to be “pop” territory, but NYC and LA I grant you.

I’m more interested in what’s happening in eastern Wisconsin and the St Louis metro area. That is an unusual but clear divide compared to the surrounding areas.

1 - I’m a 41 year old male so all set on that front

2 - I would love to for his sake. Tuch is such a great team guy
41? I had no idea the human body could last that long without eroding away to ash . Do you have to be pushed in your wheelchair to the freezing pod where they keep you semi-alive until they invent thr tech to restore some semblance of youth to your withered husk?

I thought they did for some reason. Maybe I'm thinking that they bottle it in some places.
Depending on where you live in the world some brands are distributed by other major brands. It’s weird, I know.

Dr Pepper owns Keruig, Snapple and Canada Dry if I'm correct.

and if you're saying 'that's a weird f***ing mish mash of brands' - you'd be right
Almost…

Keurig/ Dr Pepper owns Snapple, Canada Dry, A&W, etc etc..

I'm holding out for Ring of Honor spots for Doc and Chico.

That said, it's possible for the ring to get kind of huge, and the way it's prominently displayed could become an issue as it fills up. Might've been easier to find space in the arena to set aside as a team Hall of Fame area.
