i have no problem with marner being on the team or giving him the contract that it takes to get him. sheldon would know better then anoyne if he can or cant help the team. so if they do it i'm good with it

think getting out of the pressure cooker thats the leafs will do wonders for him and hes still produced

Winnipeg has 25+ mil in cap space with Ehlers, Vilardi, and Samberg as the main guys needing raises. I don't think that'd be a good target since the Jets didn't paint themselves into a corner like the Oilers did with Broberg/Holloway.

Vilardi hasn't been buried like Broberg/Holloway either, so I'm not sure he'd be as eager to leave. Mix in his injury history and it might not be worth it.
