lol What? They drafted Podkolzin 10th overall. They've added Mikheyev. Their biggest addition the past few years has been Miller. Their issue is not "soft skill". Their issue is they don't have enough skill.

Podkolzin isn't a sand paper guy with skill he's....nothing really. Mikheyev hasn't shown any sort of physical game. Miller is playing in the corner by himself so whatever he is doesn't matter. Horvat is the only one that seems successful in front of the net.

Being willing to go into the tough area's of the ice doesn't mean your not skilled.

For a long while its always felt like they are build like a eastern conference team while being a western team.
