Ah yeah because Suzuki or Caufield are in full force and creating tons.
Don’t bother. The usual crew is out just dissecting every little thing he’s doing and ignoring that his linemates are just as trash and really the rest of the team. I see constant giveaways by everyone, but no, the agenda needs to be pushed by the usual suspects.

This is worse than the start of the season. Offense/defense/goaltending are all complete trash.
The thing is, we go long stretches of putting pressure on the Devils. Then we make really bad mistakes and it's in the back of the net. Last two goals: Matheson gives Hughes and Bratt a two on one, then Monty let's in a stinker from the point...

You’re very right.

This team has a lot of frustrating players. No depth, clearly shows when the dreaded injuries show up. Now what has management done to improve this team? I liker Carrier a lot but how has Hughes/Gorton really helped this team? They have the picks to improve but there is no urgency to improve. The top picks Slaf, Ruckenchucker, don't move the needle. Slaf does not drive the play. Ruckenchucker remains to be seen. I would rather have Romanov and draft pick over Dach.
Monty sucks.
Monty can at deadline as well.

Really sucks that Fowler is still in college and likely 3 years away from being a legitimate starter in the NHL.

Goaltending needs to be addressed sooner than that unfortunately.
Hard to trust Fowler's stats playing on such a stacked team too, their backup has numbers just as good as him
