This year he definitely is.

Binnington and Adin Hill are only getting spots because they've been the starter on cup teams. Hill's was still fairly recently ago, but it's been a while now for Binnington.

Montembeault? I'm not quite sure how he got in. They picked his name out of a raffle? He plays for a Canadian based NHL team? Fleury is old? Blackwood has been a disaster for the last 4 seasons before this one? Braden Holtby is retired?

I also didn't think he played badly in Buffalo, even if he did on paper.
