GDT: Devils @ Buffalo - 1:00 PM - MSG

  • Xenforo Cloud is doing server maintenance Thurdsay 13th at 9 AM GMT. Downtime is to be expected during the process. Server changes were implemented recently to cope with the traffic surge last week. This seems to be affecting the user login, so please anyone experiencing this, log out and clear the browser cache. We expect to have this issue solved once the maintenance is complete.
  • We are currently aware of "log in/security error" issues that are affecting some users. We apologize and ask for your patience as we try to get these issues fixed.

You guys are stuck with me the whole intermission and rest of the game.

Both of my buddies who I talk with on the phone about the game during intermissions just said ''We're out, going to a movie. You're on your own. Enjoy.''

I wish I had more of a life haha.

To be fair we should have more than 0 with the looks they've given us lol. But our team either scores at will or not at all. No in between.

I'm about to do some chores if this picks up, will be more productive than that PP
 
it really feels like we have no Finishers on this team, and games like this really accentuate that.

the more i think of it, that meier chance really needed to be put in the back of the net.
 
Hopefully Fitz brings some reinforcements soon. Teams around us are proactive and getting better. We have injuries but you can't trot out our bottom 6 nightly right now and expect results.

Cream of the crap opponent (coming off a big win) AND a matinee, this is like a double hex - only one of the above is usually an indicator of certain defeat

Games like this is why it’s near impossible to truly embrace this team

Called it in my first post in this thread. Afternoon games are always a grind for this group and with the injuries, this game screamed L. They can come back in this game but it's going to be tough.

genuinely our bottom 6 has 1.5 players that should be dressed in a playoff lineup.

i would say cotter and lazar if that.

dowling, bastian, macdermid, tatar all would be scratched

I'm usually the first guy to point at Allen/the goalie, but I don't know about this one.

First was kind of a bad rebound, but I don't know, I've seen way worse. I don't think I've nailed a goalie on that many.

Goal 2? Definitely not.

Goal 3? Would you like a save on a breakaway? Yeah. But how many breakaways have we allowed this game? There was basically TWO on that power play. He stopped the first one.

I'd pull him, but only to get Daws some work.

I don't wanna throw Daws into a game another loser, suck, humpty, chump team on Tuesday. Unless he's good the rest of this game, and even then I'd still be hesitant.
