That 2022 win was crazy. I had to look up the gamelog to get it right.

We led 2-0 at one point in the 1st period, before the Blues added one in the fitst and two more in the 2nd to make it 3-2.

We scored three straight goals starting at 9:08 of the 3rd period and took the 5-3 lead. I guess they pulled the goalie to cut it to 5-4 before we scored 2 empty netters to win 7-4. For some reason I thought it was 7-5. I knew we scored 7. Forgot 2 of them were empty net goals.

Every goal in that entire game was scored at even strength.

Ty Smith even had an assist in that game. For some reason I forgot Ty Smith played for us at all that year. My only recollection of him with the NHL club in the regular season was the covid shortened year.

I honestly couldn't remember what he looked like when he was younger. I'm sure I've seen a game he's played, but I just don't remember him much from back in the day.

He looks the same just with gray hair and a much fuller face.
