I've always viewed Cotter as a fourth liner. This is more who he is than earlier in the season.

At least she doesn't look like she just rolled out of the Motel 6 like Deb Placey did.

He was a good two way 3rd line caliber player last year. If he gets back to that then it's a huge boost. Just not sure his play holds at this point away from Jack-Bratt given how dire it looked before he got put there.
