I'm probably perceived as a Boqvist's hater #1 but he doesn't look like a legitimately NHL player at this point. Hopefully he improves enough to change that but as of now, he deserves to be in AHL.

Boqvist looked pretty darn good to me when he was playing with Zajac and Wood to start the year...he was miles ahead of where he was last year defensively

Wowzers. I think we’re okay with most of our guys probably having antibodies, but if we play teams that have to postpone, we may not have the time to make those games up

they will extend the season further in that instance (unless it is already at the end where it doesn’t make a difference).

I know the league wants to stick to the calendar and get a regular schedule for next season but it’s gonna to really be hard to fit all the games in given what’s happened so far. Really not sure why they didn’t give themselves more rope to push back the season.

It's worth keeping in mind that there are only a handful of players that we know actually had the virus.

That's only eight guys. This could absolutely happen again.

Edit: Sorry, nine including Wood.

Given the ages of the players it wouldn’t surprise me if another couple either also had it before camp or were asymptomatic. Hopefully everyone else avoids it until a vaccine is available for everyone.

I mean, it's the NHL. Are we really surprised?

I know the boards love Butcher’s offense but the dude still struggles on the boards and in front clearing guys. This often causes the Devils to get stuck in their own end.

The East looks really bipolar, 4 teams up top with the worst of them, Washington, pacing 100 points (82 game pace), and two terrible teams in NY and Buffalo. NJ is in the middle with Pittsburgh but neither team has much of a chance unless someone in the top 4 falters.

Isles have more games played then anyone else. They are gonna drop back.

We have 5 games in hand on them.

The Caps right now are only about a .5 game/ 1 game in front of us on Pts percentage. We are in the race as of now.
