Besides Claesson, I been watching videos and Conacher seems like just an amazing guy to be with. In an interview they asked what will he do with the 3vs3 cup guy was talking about bringing it home and having a parade, loool.

Tampa loved him cause he became a quick fan favourite I think he will be an amazing presence in the lockerroom and contributor on the ice.

Conacher will soon be a thorn to play against and a favourite to cheer for, if he isn't already, right Montreal?

Freddie Claesson wins the Hardest Worker Award

Good for him.

I think he could translate into a Josh Gorges / Andrew Ference type. Very valuable defensive d-man, despite the small size. He has the intangibles and willingness to mix it up that is required.

Would love it if he turned out to be like Gorges. We are missing that warrior on D that will block a ton of shots ever since Volchenkov left.

Gorges is one of the few likeable players on the Scabs
