Different, but the concerning injury is the one that allegedly can't be repaired through surgery and he will need to "live" with.I'm too lazy to look, but were they different, or the same injury ?
Demko is good when healthy, so that gives me concern.Different, but the concerning injury is the one that allegedly can't be repaired through surgery and he will need to "live" with.
Vancouver Canucks goaltender Thatcher Demko is dealing with a rare and unique knee injury The injury is affecting his availability, and it is related to a problem with the popliteus muscle

Vancouver doesn't have much choice; they need him next season. Lankinen is NOT a #1 and can't handle the load of a #1. the knee jerk reaction to sign him to such a high contract is bafflingDemko is good when healthy, so that gives me concern.
Like, I would think it's Demko for a lesser goalie, maybe something with Demko depending on the cap of the returning goalie.
Or a team with a backup spot, or like a 1B spot available and take the risk and send a player who is an NHLer, but he's overpaid type return.
Probably better to just go again with him
What if we pay you bro ?Literally nothing
Talking about a healthy Demko feels like talking about the sasquash...Demko is good when healthy, so that gives me concern.

And you're Mr Bean without the ballsHe's Matt Murray without the cups

ChampNever was a Mr. Bean fan so don't get the reference. I'll choose to take it as a compliment
Love Demko, one of my favourite hockey players. Top five goalie in NHL if he was not injured. He’ll easily fletch a first round pick if they trade him in off-season.
The guy your replying to is the biggest Canucks homer on the siteDon't see it. He also wants $7 or $8 million per which would be a mistake. He's only good for 25-30 games a season now
