Delta Voucher for Season Ticket Holders

Am I the only one who got a letter today thanking me for renewing my season tickets by the Early Bird deadline? It explains that they are thrilled to provide me with the enclosed Delta Airlines voucher. It goes on to say For complete details please see the enclosed voucher. The only problem is there's no voucher enclosed, just the letter.
Only the Rangers could screw up something simple like mailing a voucher. I was just wondering if I am an isolated incident or if there are 5000 other letters sent with no vouchers.

I got the same letter with no voucher. Not only that the letter stastes that travel must be completed by 12/31/2013. If I'm not mistaken, something similar happened last year.

My guess is that the voucher is being sent separately and hopefully with an expiration date in 2014.

as long as you renew by the deadline you can choose a monthly option(s) or one time payment. i think i'm on a 9 month payment plan this year.
