I have updated the title, so it's for the 2010-11 Canucks and 2023-24 Hurricanes.
I probably should have realized that haha

Chatfield was the Hurricanes’ 6D that year though, DeAngelo spent most of the season in the press box

I'll go with the Nucks.

While I think Slavin is the best dman here, the Canucks depth is stronger. I'd also say the Canes had 2 guys past their primes in Burns and Orlov.

Plus, the Canucks allowed 31 fewer goals that season and were 1st in the NHL in goals allowed, while the Canes were 4th.

The Canucks went deeper and were able to weather a lot of defensive injuries because of their depth. Will have to give it to them.

Went with the Canucks, that team was a well oiled machine.

Elder- Ehrhoff was an extremely effective first pairing, they had like 7 top 4 guys, remember that Chris Tanev played for them too in the finals.
