Fantastic period, but the Bruins will come out strong in the 3rd and all that hockey in the past week will likely catch up to our boys at some point... Not convinced we'll be able to fend them off for 20 more minutes but **** am I ever hoping. **** the Bruins!

Right around the ten minute mark we woke up. I remember posting it in the thread... we did absolutely nothing and then all of a sudden had a flurry of shots. From that point on we dominated.

Before that?

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..........

Yeah this game was pretty damn boring the moment the Boychuk injury happened. It finally picked up in the 2nd.

Wow, will guys relax? A. Gally is just 19. I want him Gallagher reuinited with him and Eller though. Then replace Gallagher with Bourque on DD's line.

Gotta say Murray is perfect against a team like Boston, so glad we picked him Yeah, wish he was a better skater, but we've needed a guy like him for awhile now.

Diaz is playing well, as is Plekanec. Just a solid period after a dead 1st.

While its true eller hasn't looked as good on the ice, up until tonight he's still gotten 4 pts in the last 5 games.

While being asked to shoulder a big defensive load. He's recieving less PP time, starting more in the defensive zone. It has affected both him and Galchenyuk. Unfortunately, Eller if he's not scoring can still provide a strong defensive game...Galchenyuk struggles here, but it's normal for a player his age.

Overreaction. Face it, Galchenyuk is struggling in tonight's physical type of game. Moen, in the 2nd, has done better. Let MT coach.

Well said. Too bad White is scratched as he would have been an asset in the 3rd

Gallagher is the engine on whatever line he's on. What a find.

Bournival is frikkin fast and tough.

And Pleks, my main man Pleks... the guy is a chessmaster in a turtleneck.

Final 20 minutes will be tough. This is where fatigue might kick in for us and desperation kicks in for the Bruins. Oy...

Did anyone see what Max did to the ref after the goal. Please guys go look at that again. I don't know if my eyes deceive me.

I saw it too.. i think Pacioretty has become more hated on the Bruins board then Subban.. funny what they say about him.. some saying they wont cheer for USA if he makes the team... LOL

I don't see why people are complaining about Eller. He's been physical, killed penalties, and competed well. Sure, he's not scoring, but he's being an asset to the team, he's not hurting them. :dunno:

I thought Eller and Galchenyuk looked so good together, but Eller like Pleky tends to hold the puck a little too much.

Galchenyuk is not getting enough touches in the O zone, he having trouble clearing the puck out of his own zone when the defenseman pinches.

He's 19 and a stud, patience and teaching him is the way to go.... Don't kill hs confidence.

He will have ups and downs but will be just fine.

In Regards to Galchenyuk, he's simply entering a bit of a sophmore slump. We have nothing to worry about.

1)The team is not relying on him for offence, they can afford to limit his icetime
2)We're playing the Bruins, there's more important things to address than simply getting him going, especially when the other lines are clicking.

The good thing is it's not his effort. He just needs to move his legs more and secure possesion before trying to make a move.

This. It's not development camp, it's a Bruins-Habs game.

Galchenyuk sometime plays like he's still in junior hockey. He'll figure it out soon enough.

Erik Cole highlight. He looks so sad even after scoring a goal.

I bet you 500 vcash that the Bruins are going to come out damn aggressive and brutal in the 3rd.

We need to cut their legs fast, or we won't hold the lead.
