Prospect Info: David Reinbacher - Laval Rocket edition

It could’ve easily been a pulled groin or a hamstring. He wasn’t playing on a regular basis so pulling a muscle wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibility. It doesn’t mean it was his knee. I highly doubt they’re taking a chance on his knee. This ain’t your daddy’s Habs management.😉
This could be the case they cut my hamstring/tendon and it was used in ACL reconstruction surgery. I ended up tearing hamstring and from what I hear that is not uncommon. So you might be right on your hunch.

I heard he injured himself showering, cut himself while prepping for his breakfast, gave himself a concussion opening his front door and finally broke his ankle walking down his stairs to get to his car. ALL this was done this morning. I think he definitely is a little injury prone.
I heard he looked into the sun and went blind. I did too & haven't seen him since

Exectly the last news is Reinbacher had no pulse but it's possible they were checking the kitchen table's pulse while tracking demidov's flight on an app.
How can he have a pulse when he doesn't exist? He's a virtual human being. This is top secret and hot, Legault wants to revitalize Griffintown with the hoax of the century. It will be knowned worldwide that these studios created a virtual hockey player. They are sending a message to the world and Trump, the europeans and the chineses will be impressed. They paid some fans and some people of the media to say what kind of player he is, that they met him for real. The virtual images are so really impressive, they did a fantastic job, that's the least I have to say. Legault will make a public announcement in september and he hope Griffintown will become the new sillicone valley of the virtual 3d of the next century. That alone will impress Trump so much that he will respect us and remove his tariffs.

*If* the Habs clinch over the weekend and *if* he’s healthy enough, does he play against Chicago on Monday while Savard rests for the playoffs?

I think savard goes out and arber gets in under this scenario.

There's alot of guys that could use a rest. Armia, Anderson, Gallagher, montembeault, and savard are a prime candidates IMO. Probably Evans too.

What's encouraging to me, given the circumstances, is that DR jumped right back into an top tier AHL lineup after the surgery/recovery like he hadn't really missed a beat.

Hopefully he's just having some little setbacks/discomfort The worse outcome is we need to shut him down until next year. That would suck, but I don't think it'd be a disaster. Fingers crossed he's not injury-prone though.

For the experts: what about DR's play style makes him able to jump back into the game after a big injury, compared to someone like Dach? Play style, or mental? Both?

They used my patella tendon to reconstruct my ACL.
I'm not sure why they use the hamstring.

"Concerning David Reinbacher, he won't be playing this night."

That's what said Pascal Vincent to the medias wednesday:

He's with us in the road, we hope that he'll play 1-2 games next week to see how his body reacts."

I don't mind that they're being careful with him, it's actually the responsable thing to do. However, it's still a bit of a bummer he didn't play more as with the last games + the playoffs he'd have gotten a really decent amount of games. In any case, his health is the priority.

Still a downer that he’s missed a lot of prime development time, but he should be able to overcome it. Does it negatively impact how ceiling? No one knows.
