After watching his 2 first games, its clear he's played in the pros. Hes calm and clearly feels comfortable with the pace of the game. Very impressive when you think he has barely played on NA sized rinks. It's no doubt he will be the first call up on D once he gets a few more games in.
Yes he is that good and should be the first call up. Hopefully Laval has an arduous and long playoff run which would salvage his season

I'm still pretty sure that the plan behind trading Kova this summer was to play him this season. Injury derailed that.
