Hopefully, Laval goes on a long playoff run, and he manages to play 30-40 games (reg + playoffs), and he looks good enough so that we can pencil him to the NHL lineup for next season.

Hutson - Matheson
Guhle - Carrier
Xhekaj - Reinbacher
That's the dream , jimmy

Matheson must be turned into a real RD1 before its too late tho

But I can see them try to give RD3 to Reinbacher next year if Mailloux is traded in the summer or something

Curious about when his Entry Level Contract expires. I'm under the assumption that he signed for three years:
2023-24 played 11 games in Laval
2024-25 let's assume he plays a few games towards the end of the season
Does that make him eligible to sign a new contract on July 1st for 2026-27 and beyond?

Puckpedia shows his current contract going until the end of 2026-27. I'm assuming that's accurate but I'm not sure why. Does the 11 games in Laval simply bump the contract 1 year because no games were in the NHL?

ELC contract slide for 18-19 year old players who didn't play 10 NHL games. He also has 5 years from his signing at 18 and 160 NHL games of waiver exemption.

Guys don't worries about Reinbacher's knees.
The medical technology to replace or repair a knee is nuts now indays.
They end up with a better knee after the surgery, look at Monahan and Dach.
The only thing that sucks is that he lost a full year of not playing,, sets him back a bit.
I still have faith in Reinbacher, he still can end up being the best D of the draft.
Is this sarcasm about the better knee lol, Dach has the worst agility in the league
