Ya seems like the ultimate players coach. Dodgers had a long stretch of playoff disappointments (and some of it was due to bad coaching decisions) but they always seemed to be able to back with a good clubhouse attitude and energy year after year. He's been given the keys to a ferrari but he does a good job of keeping the peace amongst a lot of superstars.

Roberts is a big part of the appeal of signing in LA. People dont wanna hear that because they think the Dodgers get to sign everyone because of money but thats not necessarily the case. Dodgers have the best President and Manager in the league.
