Daniel Alfredsson or Marion Hossa?

Hossa had the edge in a few areas, but i feel like Alfie was a little bit better as the real "focal point" of an offense. He was somehow a tiny bit better equipped to carry the load for a team as "The Guy".


But just sorta winging it on impressions, not sure if the stats would even bear that out.

The question is peak, so I'll go with Alfie by a slim margin.

It's a good poll and very hard to choose between the two, but if I have to, I'll probably take Hossa at his prime by a hair.

Subjectively, I was always a lot more worried about what Hossa might do to hurt my team. At his peak he was one of the very best 200-foot players in the league. Nothing wrong with Alfredsson but I never rated him quite that highly.
