Myers positioning makes no sense there. Matthews job is to press down and try to deny the back pass (which he didn't do) and Myers job is to be in a lane first and then ready to jump a pass to the corner. You would think he could still be in position to get close to the net if he had to on the drop pass but he over committed.

So both Myers and Matthews have to eat that a bit.
