Dallas has no money which is one of the only reason Robertson is on the market to begin with.

25 year old 100 point players rarely ever get traded. Its money for Dallas and given that it looks like Dobson even wants more than Robertson. This makes no sense this trade never happens.

I'm gonna take a guess and say no since Harley will be due a contract in 2026. If he puts up another 15g-40a he'll be in the 10 or 11 range.

trading Robo for Dobson means that in 14 months, Dallas has 2 Dmen making ~$10m and none are named Miro (8.5m)

And their wingers are Rantanen, an aging Seguin, an aging Benn…and then Bourque? Or duchene/jonston moves to wing. Trading the top 2 LW and not re-signing one (Granlund) sure is a choice to go into 2025
