I highlighted who I am fairly certain will be taken.
Mrtka is a first round lock IMO. I think the rest might go in top 100 but am not 100% on that.
I don't know enought about Kucharcik, Rozsival or Hoch.
I think Benak drops. I think Galvas gets overlooked again. I think that is wrong.
Not sure about our goalies getting taken and that would end a very nice goalie drafted streak.
So I feel comfortable saying 7 guys get taken and am hoping for 12.
I think Kucharcik and Stebetak will get picked too, Orsulak’s got a chance too.

Something like that. I'm not even sure if Psnecka did enough to be honest.
I do think our first round streak continues and I'm fairly confident Novotny will be round 1 next year barring a disaster so hopefully that streak keeps going!
I think he has. The move to Portland was important and the right decision. EP has him at 34 now. A right-shot two-way D with room to grow, that’s mighty attractive.

If the Blues keep their first-round pick, I wouldn't mind taking a shot on Psenicka. We seem to be taking all of the Europeans, anyway.

So Benak isn't the end of the world as I wouldn't even flinch if he goes undrafted but Cihar may be getting slept on IMO. Happy to see Psnecka so high so I won't complain.lol
Cihar should go round 2 i dont know why lower
Benak ranking ebenthough reality is still completely ridiculous. On talent and skill alone he is a top 10 player this year. But is not a baskteball player which i guess is only thing NHL teams look for in their prospects these days, so he will get drafted like round 5 if even
Really hope he will get like 15 points and dominate at the U18 WCH and show everyone how stupid this big guy trend really is
I personally wouldn't even think about drafting him before round 3.
You will see how wrong you are few days later at the u18 WCH

Thats just not material for some round 4-7
What exactly will I see at the U18s? There are plenty of players who scored more than a point per game at that tournament only to go undrafted. U18s success says nothing about draft position.
Besides, we won't see who's wrong or right for another 5 years or so. But personally, I don't think Cihar will be more than a bottom-six winger, if he even makes it to the NHL.

Yeah he may be bottom six forward at best, but that doesnt mean he should not go round 2. Really not that many prospects become top six F or top 4 D from rounds 2 onwards anyway.
He just played a whole season in top european league, was getting big minutes, played in 1st line for good portions of the season. Overall he was doing very good for a 17yrs old in a very though league for young players as Czech ELH really is
Round 4 seems a bit too low imo. Round 2-3 would suit him, but preferably round 2. In the end It really doesnt mean that much if he goes 2 or 4 round, but we were discussing which round, so that my opinion on that
