Current state of the Boards

I have been working on being more positive and turning crisis in to opportunity, aka a problem solver. This odd extra space to the left creates a previously unavailable opportunity and we should use the space wisely while we have it .

My immediate and initial ideas:

1) Pickleball court: I am often told that this is the fastest growing sport in America
2) Community garden: Everyone can have their own slice. I am sure most people will grow weed, but everyone gets to choose their own adventure.
3) A moat: It will protect the site to from hackers or invading hoards of barbarians
4) a fire pit: It will not only be a good community spot to congregate and make s'mores, but it will pacify the arsonists
5) A mural where we can post the most important pictures in hockey history

My God, I've been looking for that picture of three Sabres players defending the same Sharks player for years and here you are posting it out of the blue for me! Thank you so much!

Bring back the R word. It was R'ed the PC police banned it. It isn't offensive and describes perfectly a lot of team maneuvers
Is it really that hard to pick a different way to express yourself?

A good litmus test is: if you wouldn’t use a word in the company of a person who that word describes, or their immediate family, it probably shouldn’t be a routine part of your vocabulary.

Although maybe you’re the type of person who has no problem dropping the R-word in front of parents of a kid with Down Syndrome?

Everyone knows language is used in different manners depending on the context. Ex. Board meeting vs after work drinks.

No one is offended by someone describing Mike Milbury's GM'ing on here by the use of the best word possible. That is, except the faux virtue signalers

theres a difference between being offended and realizing something isn’t appropriate

if it’s “just a word” why is it so important for you to use it, express yourself in another way
