Current state of the Boards

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

    Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

Some threads are mis-mapped on boards.

Example, some Edmonton GDT or pregame thread on the NJD board for the devils game.

Mods can move those around?

Patience. A lot of things need to be fixed. We barely got the server hamsters back on the wheel.

I didnt realize how addicted I am to hfboards lol

I spend 40%-50% of my time spent on my phone in a day on hfboards and/or reddit.

~10% of time spent on my phone on instagram watching instagram reels

40-50% of time on youtube shorts watching The Sopranos/Breaking Bad reels.

Ive seem like 70% of both shows through youtube shorts/video clips so was bored out of my mind when clips kept on repeating. Reddit had nothing interesting being discussed.

Barely used my phone past day+ and was bored for the most part haha.

I can live without instagram, but Hfboards, reddit and youtube I enjoy and consume probably more than I should be lol

A bunch of them are probably at the ASU game at Mullett Arena tonight. I'd have been tempted to go to the game if I still lived there. Instead I'm watching it on TV. Technically the first playoff game in the arena's history since the Coyotes never made it while playing there, and ASU is actually in a conference this season instead of being an independent.

My little city has a direct flight to Phoenix of all places (Allegiant) and I wanted to go to a Coyotes game for ages. But the flights are on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Now there's no reason to go.

Only my dad and an extended family member here and there still lives in the Phoenix area. The rest of us have dispersed elsewhere in the country. Unless I go back to Arizona to visit my parents (my mom lives in northern Arizona), I don't have a reason to really bother either. :(
