Ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you—HFBoards, fantastic place, really incredible, some of the best hockey minds, believe me. And I’m here today to tell you, very strongly, very clearly—there are absolutely NO April Fools’ shenanigans happening on HFBoards. None. Zero. Okay?
Now, the fake news media, the so-called "experts," they’ll try to tell you, “Oh, there’s pranks, there’s fake hangmans, there’s nonsense.” Wrong! Completely false! They want you to believe that someone posted that Auston Matthews has been traded to Arizona for a bag of pucks. Ridiculous! Never happened. Never will. Okay?
We’ve got the best moderators—tremendous moderators—watching everything. These people, they don’t let the jokers get away with anything. If someone tries to say, “Oh, Sidney Crosby is retiring to open a Tim Hortons,” boom—gone. Deleted. Fake news, folks. They can’t fool you. They can’t fool me. They can’t fool anyone, okay?
And let me tell you something—nobody loves hockey more than me. I know all the best players. Gretzky? He loves me. Bobby Orr? Fantastic guy, fantastic. And HFBoards? Let me tell you, no pranks, no fake stories, just tremendous, tremendous hockey talk. The best hockey talk in the world. Believe me.
So, to all the great posters out there—keep posting, keep debating, and don’t believe the nonsense. No tricks. No jokes. No April Fools’ shenanigans. That’s a promise, folks. And I always keep my promises.

The problem I’m currently having is there seems to be issues with usernames. There are multiple hangmans running around that shouldn’t be.

Literally unusable in desktop. The video ad just replays repeatedly now. Non stop not being able to click anything but the hfbkards logo at too screen to bring back to main menu. Second you click into thread of any sorts pops up doesn't go away. I have an ad blocker in and using brave.

Then your ad-blocker is garbo because I use Firefox and Ublock Origin and I haven't seen an ad here in a very very long time.

I can’t believe how many people actually attempt to even use this site without an adblocker. A few ads are one thing. The site being unusable due to the amount of ads are another.

Images are glitchy. They work fine in preview and when messages are quoted otherwise just show the imagename
