Crosby league leader in points at 5-on-5. Wow. (this is not talking about 6 on 5, 4 on 4, etc)

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

I'm surprised he doesn't have more PP points, since the PP has been pretty good this year under Quinn. But he's also been using the 2nd unit more.

[edit] looks like Sid is 8th at ES.

Since Guenztel was traded last March, which was thought to be the end of the Pens playoff chances in the Crosby/Malkin/Letang era, Crosby, Crosby is 1st in 5 on 5 points, 4th in ES points and 5th in points.

Only the Big 4 have more points.

He is outscoring the best Pen by 46%, Kucherov is outscoring the best Bolt by 42%.

why are these numbers so different than nhl.com?

nhl.com has Sid 8th. seems to make more sense.
I think Sid at 8 is even strengths points, these are 5on5 points? I couldnt find 5on5 stats on nhl.com, only even strengths which includes ot and 4on4.

Tells so much about Crosby and the Bolts.

But hats off to the old men...Crosby and Ovie.

But but definitely kudos to Sid whom this thread is about
